How does it work?

So you’ve purchased a Custom Fit item!  We can’t wait to get you your custom fitted piece.  So what next?  After you have purchased your Custom Fit item you will receive an email with the purchase receipt, shortly after you will receive an email regarding your Custom Fit. 

Check your inbox!  You should receive two emails …

  1. Shortly after purchase you will receive an email receipt.

  2. Within 24 hours of purchase you will receive a 2nd email with all your Custom Fit info with detailed instructions and an invitation to your Custom Fit virtual session.

How does the Custom Fit work?  In your email you will receive all the info to get your specific measurements.  You will also receive an invitation to a Custom Fit virtual session in which you will be guided step-by-step in taking your correct measurements.  We highly encourage everyone to take up the virtual fit session to ensure best fit.

How long does it take?

Your completed Custom Fit piece will be shipped out 7 to 14 days after the measurements are received.  The 7 to 14 day period does not start after the purchase date, it starts the day your measurements are received.

What if it doesn’t fit?

We have a Custom Fit guarantee, so if your item doesn’t fit or you are not completely satisfied then you can return your item within 14 days.  Just notify us of your return via email and you will receive a shipping label and a full refund after your items is received in good condition.
